Nadine Lyamouri-Bajja is a systemic intercultural psychologist and international consultant/trainer. She has worked with migrants and refugees for Médecins du Monde, the Red Cross and UNICEF in several countries. She was also an educational advisor to the Youth Directorate of the Council of Europe from 2006-2011. Today, she is co-manager of the Intercultural Institute of Systemic Competences (IICoS). She offers various training courses around intercultural learning, the social inclusion of migrants, conflict management and stress management. She is also trained in psychotraumatology and genogram and teaches intercultural issues in various university courses in France and Germany. As a psychotherapist and coach, she accompanies children and adolescents, adults and couples.

Barbara Pelkmann is a systemic psychologist and international consultant/trainer. She works with international organizations, companies and associations by supporting them in their change processes. As co-manager of the Intercultural Institute of Systemic Competences (IICoS), she offers various training courses around systemic thinking and work, structural systemic constellations, psychotraumatology, genogram, leadership and communication. She also teaches intercultural and systemic skills in various university courses in France and Germany. Barbara Pelkmann is also a psychotherapist and coach and accompanies individual clients and couples.
