As a grassroots organisation we are working on creating a movement based on a meaningful idea or concept. One of the principles of this idea means relying on people's individual strength. It revolves around the principle that everyone can contribute to a common goal in their own way. Therfore, leadership as a communal movement based on involvement is important. This type of leadership is of great importance in our creative processes. The questions that will be addressed are: when do you lead, when do you follow? How do you create and organise space for your own initiative? How do you trigger spontaneity and innovation? How can you facilitate this process as a leader? This focus is about assuming a coaching role, about the ability to get others to move, as well as to encourage initiative and personal leadership.
